Dance of Silence: A Solo Exhibition by Siavash Jaraiedi

I am excited to announce my solo exhibition, "Dance of Silence," presented by ADVOCARTSY at their West Hollywood gallery. This exhibition features 18 sculptures, each connected to a poem I’ve written that delves into the complex relationship between law and life. The opening reception will take place with both Roshi Rahnama, founder and director of ADVOCARTSY, and myself in attendance.

"Dance of Silence" represents nearly five years of dedicated work. This collection merges my passion for social justice and poetry, transforming my reflections on society’s traditions and laws into sculptural forms. These pieces invite viewers to contemplate their own perspectives on morality and perfection, encouraging an introspective journey. As I’ve stated, "I want visitors to look for the commonalities between themselves and the sculptures, and hopefully leverage this inspiration in their own life. By better understanding the various dimensions of our existence, we may become closer to perfection."

The sculptures in this exhibition are more than just physical forms—they are surreal monuments of truth, reflecting profound ideas hidden beneath the surface. Suspended in action, these works seek to challenge our understanding of justice and the structures that govern our lives. They express my internal struggle with the contradictions between law and human existence, and the silent submission that so often defines our experience.

Through Dance of Silence, I hope to open a dialogue about the ways we coexist with the invisible forces that shape our world. I invite you to explore these sculptures and find your own connection to the stories they tell.
